FrenchTrotters Collection Homme FW10 | 10 July 2010

			Here it is! After long weeks of development and production, the first part of our FW10 MEN COLLECTION arrive in store. What a delight to finally see the garments on the racks after all the time spent on perfecting them in OUR WORKSHOP (the challenge was high knowing the level of the winter collections arriving with Nigel Cabourn, Comme des Garçons, Engineered Garments, etc). To start with: three check shirts, one over-shirt in an outstanding japanese raw denim and a waterproof reversible windbreaker in navy and brown.

			Monthly japanese menswear magazine FREE & EASY is now available at FrenchTrotters. Considered as a bible for all heritage clothing lovers, it gathered everything from american sportswear to outerwear, workwear, military and vintage garments and accessories in a collector spirit so particular to the japanese. Textes are in original language but pages are full of pictures. An endless source of inspiration.

			Paris was in turmoil during this men’s fashion week. From showrooms to trade shows, we had a great time selecting the most beautiful garments for next summer : Nigel Cabourn, Band of Outsiders, Comme des Garçons, Margareth Howell, Our Legacy, Yuketen, Mark McNairy, etc… And that’s only a beginning ! 			Here is a LITTLE PREVIEW of our new FrenchTrotters Men pieces that will be soon released in our shops for the fall/winter 10 season. After a foretaste this spring with the launch of a first shirt series, we now come with a complete collection including new shirts, with our signature shoulders yoke and french mother-of-perl buttons, but also a superb parka, a reversible hooded windbreaker, chino pants, and many other styles, always focusing on clean designs, perfect cuts and nice details. Every product is carefully hand-crafted in our little parisian workshop, using the most beautiful fabrics coming from dead stocks of prestigeous maisons such as Hermès for the cotton and Louis Vuitton for the leather, allowing us to produce “real” limited edtions, numbered and signed by Kumar, our production manager.
